Does anyone know what this is? It's located on the eastern side of what was Wrotham Camp which was a pre-OCTU training unit. The chap who showed me the rest of the camp (nissen hut bases, water tower, etc) would like to know as well.

    Thanks, Lee

Could be, the two horizontal clay collars have inserts to take smaller gauge pipe ,from sink? or as it seems it was once a brick build structure may be smaller pipe from washbasin with toilets beyond.
Only thing against that vertical pipes seem to have had something attached with screws.

    Would go with:
An interesting account of the very sizeable Pre-Officer Cadet Training Unit at Wrotham is at:
Landmarks (L1140) OCTU - Stansted History
and the paucity of such facilities at its start is described in the third paragraph.

The attached recollections to the above are worth a read, the final thoughts of one candidate in 1943 are perhaps telling:

No one was sorry to leave Wrotham Camp. It was a means to an end which we considered to be a form of “Hell” at the time. Thousands of cadets passed through, and it was a world of its own, which one might find oneself rubbing shoulders with old school friends, workmates from civilian life, or even a member of the Royal Family.
